At isee, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for important details regarding order processing, shipping methods, and delivery times.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
- Please note that during high-volume periods (such as holidays or promotional sales), processing times may take longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S.)
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3-5 business days – Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery in 1-2 business days – Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $X (amount based on isee's policy) within the U.S.
International Shipping
- We currently ship to select countries outside of the U.S. (please see our checkout for available destinations).
- International Shipping: Estimated delivery in 7-14 business days – Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
- Note: International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package in real-time via the carrier’s website.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please understand that we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors, such as:
- Severe weather conditions
- Customs processing delays for international orders
- Issues with the shipping carrier
We will, however, do our best to assist in tracking and resolving any shipping issues.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
